Drew David

Drew David is a Senior Associate at TKO Miller, where he leads the day-to-day execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions for privately held businesses. His responsibilities include managing transaction processes from initial preparation through closing, coordinating due diligence efforts, developing valuation analyses, preparing marketing materials, and working closely with clients and transaction stakeholders throughout the M&A process.

Since joining TKO Miller, Drew has advised 15+ business owners through the sale of their companies across a variety of industries, including industrial and construction services, plastics and metal manufacturing, food and beverage, and consumer products. Drawing on his background in both finance and law, he helps clients navigate complex financial, operational, and legal considerations while driving efficient transaction processes and successful outcomes.

Drew earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Marquette University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. He was a collegiate football player at Illinois State University and the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
