TKO Miller is a boutique investment banking firm based in Milwaukee, WI. We provide corporate and institutional clients with merger, acquisition, divestiture, and corporate finance advisory services.
TKO Miller generally works within the industrial and business services markets, with a particular focus on helping family- and founder-held middle-market businesses. TKO Miller provides services in three primary practice areas: sell-side transactions (private companies, divestitures for large multi-national corporations, and private equity-held businesses); buy-side projects (typically for major multi-national corporations seeking growth through acquisitions); and financing, where we raise debt and/or equity capital to support management buy-outs, acquisition financing, or recapitalizations.
Our goal is to bring big bank experience to the middle market.
