Crystal Flick

Crystal Flick brings nearly 15 years of investment banking and financial services experience to her role, with a focus on advising technology and services companies through complex transactions. Prior to TKO Miller, she served as a Director in William Blair’s Investment Banking group, on both the M&A and Private Capital Markets teams. During her tenure, Crystal led more than 30 transactions totaling over $11 billion in value, working with family- and founder-owned businesses, private equity firms, and corporate clients across software, technology, and tech-enabled services. 

Prior to William Blair, Crystal had roles in corporate strategy and operations, as well as strategy consulting, finance, and accounting. Her broad background allows her to pair strategic, operational, and financial expertise with deep transaction experience, bringing a holistic perspective to her clients.

Crystal earned her MBA with concentrations in Analytical Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she received the Deans’ Award of Distinction. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, graduating summa cum laude. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
